These services are intended for both individuals and organizations, including but not limited to farms, feed manufacturers, veterinary clinics, and food production companies, seeking to improve their knowledge and practices related to the safe handling, processing, and management of animal feed and food.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to participate in our services. Businesses registering employees or representatives must ensure that all participants meet this requirement and are authorized to act on behalf of the organization.
3. Bookings and Payments

All class bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly.

Full payment is required to confirm your spot.

For businesses enrolling multiple participants or requesting customized sessions, payment terms may be discussed and agreed upon separately in writing.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the class date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the class date are non-refundable.

For group or corporate bookings, separate cancellation terms may apply based on the agreed service agreement.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes from our program or training. You or your business are responsible for applying the information in compliance with relevant laws, industry standards, and internal protocols.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our services, including loss of business, revenue, or data.

All content, materials, and class resources are the intellectual property of Lincecum and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission. Businesses may not use our materials for internal training or redistribution unless explicitly authorized in writing.
